Step-by-step assembly
Step 1
First the table.
Manual pages 3–5.
Step 2 · manual step 1
Push 4 wooden dowels (101350) into the ends of the two side rails.
One dowel in each end.
Step 3 · manual step 2
Fit both side rails onto one end frame.
The end frame stands with its legs pointing up. The dowels go into the legs.
Step 4 · manual step 3
Push 2 barrel nuts (100514) into the holes in the rails.
The slot in the barrel nut takes the flat-head screwdriver.
Step 5 · manual step 3
Fasten with 2 bolts (105117) through the legs.
Use the Allen key. The bolt head must sit flush against the leg — no gap.
Step 6 · manual step 4
Stand the frame on its end and slide the tabletop into the grooves.
Push it all the way down.
Step 7 · manual step 5
Place the second end frame on top.
The dowels go into the legs.
Step 8 · manual step 6
Push in 2 barrel nuts and fasten with 2 bolts from above.
Bolt head flush against the leg — no gap.

Turn the table upright.

Press the tabletop down and tighten all 4 bolts.
Use the Allen key. The bolt heads must sit flush — no gap.

Now the chairs.

Push 4 wooden dowels (101350) into the ends of the two chair rails.
One dowel in each end.

Fit both rails onto the front frame (the short legs).
The frame stands with its legs pointing up.
Step 14 · manual step 3
Push in 2 barrel nuts (100514) and fasten with 2 bolts (105117).
Use the Allen key. Bolt head flush against the leg — no gap.
Step 15 · manual step 4
Stand it on the front frame and slide the seat into the grooves.
Push it all the way down.
Step 16 · manual step 5
Place the back frame (the tall legs) on top.
The dowels go into the legs.
Step 17 · manual step 6
Push in 2 barrel nuts and fasten with 2 bolts from above.
Bolt head flush against the leg — no gap.
Step 18 · manual step 7
Turn the chair upright, press the seat down and tighten all 4 bolts.
Use the Allen key. Bolt heads flush — no gap.
Step 19 · manual step 1–7
Build the second chair the same way.
Repeat chair steps 1–7.
Step 20
Set the chairs at the table.
