Step-by-step assembly
Step 1
Push the 4 bolts (118407) up through the frame by hand.
From underneath, into the 4 holes on top of the frame.
Step 2 · manual step 1
Put a washer (118085) on each bolt.
The washer rests on the tube, as the manual shows.
Step 3 · manual step 1
Fit the seat bracket (156509) onto the back tube.
Its peg goes into the hole in the tube.
Step 4 · manual step 2
Lower the seat shell onto the frame.
The 4 bolts come up through the 4 holes in the seat.
Step 5 · manual step 2
Press the 2 caps 120916 into the back holes.
Step 6 · manual step 2
Press the 2 caps 120915 into the front holes.
Press them in with your finger.
Step 7 · manual step 3
Tighten all 4 bolts from below with the Allen key (100092).
