How to Assemble IKEA HORNAVAN Cart

Step-by-step assembly
Step 1
In the box: 2 side frames, 4 castors and 3 wire baskets.
The parts shown at the top of the manual page.
Step 2 · manual step 1
Push a castor into each tube end of the first frame.
Push it all the way in.
Step 3 · manual step 1
Push the other 2 castors into the second frame.
Step 4 · manual step 1
Stand both frames on their castors, facing each other.
The rungs point inwards, towards the baskets.
Step 5 · manual step 1
Hang the bottom basket on the lowest rungs.
The wire loop at each end rests on a frame rung.
Step 6 · manual step 1
Hang the middle basket the same way.
Step 7 · manual step 1
Lower the top basket in from above onto the top rungs.
Step 8 · manual step 1
Press each basket end down so its loop sits on the rung.
As in the close-up on the manual page.
Step 9 · manual step 1
Do the same at the other end of every basket.
Step 10 · manual step 1
Check that all 6 basket ends sit on their rungs.
