Step-by-step assembly

1. 

   Step 1 · manual step 1–2

   Drawer: push 4 dowels (101345) into the sides.

   Screw 4 cam bolts (139615) into the back of the front — lay it face down.

   Press both sides onto the front.

   Insert 4 cam locks (110630) and turn them clockwise.

   Use the flat-head screwdriver.

   Slide the bottom into the grooves, then fit the back.

   Tap in 4 screw dowels (110519) with a hammer.

   Turn the drawer over. Fit the knob (117615) with screw 100411.

   The screw goes in from the inside of the front.

   Clip on the 2 drawer runners (112482). Fix with 4 screws (100365).

   Build all 3 drawers the same way.

   Screw a runner (112482) onto each end frame: 3 screws (100365) each.

   Lay both frames inner side up. The runners are marked L and R.

    Screw 8 cam bolts (118331) into the legs.

    Push a dowel (101350) into a rail and stand it on the end frame.

    Lock it with a cam lock (110630), turned clockwise.

    Stand the other 4 rails in the same way. Lock with 3 cam locks.

    Add 4 dowels and lower the second end frame on top.

    Lock it with 4 cam locks.

    Screw a runner onto each side of both dividers.

    3 screws (100365) per runner. Then push 1 dowel (101350) into each divider.

    Turn the frame upside down. Fit both dividers.

    Push each divider’s dowel into its hole, then swing it in.

    Screw 4 screws (100218) through the rails into the dividers.

    Use the Allen key in its holder (121030).

    Turn it the right way up. Push 8 dowels (101350) into the top edges.

    Top, face down: 6 cam bolts (118331) and 2 brackets (119256).

    Each bracket: screw 109560 with washer 100823 — leave it loose so it can slide.

    Turn the frame upside down onto the top.

    Insert 6 cam locks (110630) and turn them clockwise.

    Drive 4 screws (109570) into the top.

    The heads must sit flush — don’t over-tighten.

    Lay the unit on its front. Place the back panel on it.

    Fix the back with 8 clips (122723) and screws (109560).

    Then stand the unit up.

    Slide each bracket out and screw it to the end frame.

    2 brackets, each with a washer (100823). Then tighten the bracket screws.

    Press in 12 shelf supports (121762). Lay the 3 shelves on them.
