- Flat-head screwdriver
- Phillips screwdriver
- Hammer
- Spirit level
You’ll need: flat-head and Phillips screwdrivers, a hammer and a spirit level.

Step-by-step assembly

Step 1
Screw 16 cam bolts (130449) into the panels.
4 in each side panel, 4 in the top and 4 in the bottom panel.

Step 2
Tap 6 pivot pins (116713) into the side panels.
Then fix each one with a screw 100365 — not 112792.

Step 3
Push 4 dowels (101350) into the rails and set them on the side.

Step 4
Insert 2 cam locks and turn them clockwise.
One at the lower end of each rail.

Slide the shelf down next to the upper rail and lock it.
2 cam locks, turned clockwise.

Lay the other side panel on top.
Its bolts go into the rails and the shelf.

Insert 4 cam locks at this side and turn them clockwise.

Fit the bottom panel and lock it with 4 cam locks.

Slide the narrow panel into the grooves at the top end.

Fit the top panel and lock it with 4 cam locks.

Fit the 2 feet under the bottom panel.
A dowel (101350) in each foot, then 1 screw 112792 each.

Screw the 2 brackets to the back of a door.
3 screws 112792 each — not 100365.

Step 13 · manual step 17–18
Slide the widest board into the brackets.
Fix it with 2 screws 106562.

Step 14 · manual step 19–20
Clip the narrowest board into the bracket tips.
Fix it with 2 screws 106562.

Step 15 · manual step 16–20
Build the other 2 compartments the same way.
Keep the middle-size board of each set for step 25.

Hook the lowest compartment onto its 2 pivot pins.

Step 17 · manual step 22
Put a bushing (120292) over each pivot pin.
2 per compartment.

Step 18 · manual step 22
Fix each bushing with a screw 112792 — by hand, no power drill.
Not screw 100365.

Step 19 · manual step 23
Hang the other 2 compartments the same way, then close them.
2 bushings and 2 screws 112792 on each.

Step 20 · manual step 24
Stand the cabinet upright against the wall.

Step 21 · manual step 24
Open the doors and screw the rails to the wall — 4 screws.
Screws and plugs are not included — use ones suited to your wall.

Step 22 · manual step 25
Fit the middle-size board in each compartment.
Choose the angle shown in the manual, step 25. 2 screws 106562 each.

Step 23 · manual step 26
Fit the 3 knobs (130440) with screws 100412.
The screw goes through the door from the inside.
Tips & safety
- Always fix BRUSALI to the wall. A tipping cabinet can cause serious or fatal crushing injuries. Screw both back rails to the wall (step 24).
- No power drill for the compartment screws. The manual says to use a hand screwdriver for the pivot screws in steps 22–23.
