How to Assemble IKEA BAGGEBO Shelf Unit

Step-by-step assembly
Step 1
Lay 2 legs on the floor and stand a shelf between their ends.
Use the leg ends without the threaded foot holes — the feet go there in step 5.
Step 2 · manual step 1
Screw the shelf to both legs — 4 screws (10119123).
2 screws at each end.
Step 3 · manual step 2
Stand the other 3 shelves up at the pairs of holes in the legs.
Step 4 · manual step 2
Screw them on the same way — 12 screws (10119123).
2 screws at each end of each shelf.
Step 5 · manual step 3
Lay the other 2 legs on top of the shelves.
Step 6 · manual step 3
Screw them to all 4 shelves — 16 screws (10119123).
Screw in from inside the unit, 2 at each corner.
Step 7 · manual step 4
Place the mesh back panel in the middle compartment.
Check its position in the manual, step 4.
Step 8 · manual step 4
Fix the panel with 4 screws (10119123).
2 into each of the two shelves.
Step 9 · manual step 5
Screw an adjustable foot (10003068) into the end of each leg.
Step 10 · manual step 6
Stand the shelf unit upright.

Fit the 2 wall brackets (10062215) under the top shelf.
Each with a washer (100827) and a screw (10119123) — the washer must not be left out.

Place the shelf unit against the wall.
To prevent tip-over, it must be fixed to the wall.
Step 13 · manual step 7
Screw both brackets to the wall.
Wall screws and plugs are not included — use ones suited to your wall.
Tips & safety
- Always fix BAGGEBO to the wall. Furniture tip-over can cause serious or fatal crushing injuries. If unsure which screws and plugs suit your wall, ask a specialist.
