How to Assemble IKEA KVISTBRO Storage Table

Step-by-step assembly
Step 1
In the box: the wire basket, the lid and the felt pads.
The manual covers two sizes — this is the 44 cm (17 3/8") table. The larger one goes together the same way.
Step 2 · manual step 1
Turn the basket upside down.
Set the lid aside and stand the basket on its top rim, base facing up.
Step 3 · manual step 1
Stick the 4 felt pads onto the ring of the base.
Peel each pad off the sheet and space the pads evenly around the ring.
Step 4 · manual step 1
Each pad sits on the outer ring of the base.
Press it firmly onto the wire, as in the manual’s close-up.
Step 5 · manual step 2
Turn the basket the right way up.
It now stands on the 4 felt pads.
Step 6 · manual step 2
Place the lid on top.
It rests on the top rim of the basket — lift it off to reach the storage inside.
Tips & safety
- Delicate table: maximum load 10 kg (22 lb). Do not place heavy objects on it (manual p. 2).
- Do not sit on the table. The wire basket is not made to carry a person (manual p. 2).
- The lid is not fixed. Lift it by the finger slot to use the basket for storage.
